A S^amaritan source to the Gospel

When upon the holy mountain (Gerizi^m)

When upon the holy mountain (of Olives)

the S^amaritan mas^yah disclosed the Holy Grail (= jar containing an omer of manna, S&HV),

Iesous Khristos disclosed the Holy Grail,

the anti-S^amaritan pro-Yhudi^ government (of Pontius Pilatus) disrupted this celebration, in Ch.E. 36.

the pro-Yhudi^ government (of Pontius Pilatus) disrupted this celebration.

AJ 18:85-87 (SP)

Because Phasailis the daughter of Aretas (of Selah-Petra) had deserted her husband Antipas there, at Makheros (Makhairos in Peraia [I] named for Makir son of Manasseh, in Bas^an) Ioannes the Baptist was slain. AJ 18:109sq. (DJB)

The version of this event is the New Testament is that it was the court-dance of Salome the daughter of Herodias the later wife of Antipas that occasioned this slaying. (HA)

So the death of Jesus will have happened within the jurisdiction of Antipas; but inasmuch as Antipas had already inherited the realm of Philippos (Ch.E. 34), it may also have been in Batanaia .

"In the second century Gospel of Peter, Jesus is condemned not by Pilate but by Herod Antipas." (PI) In the mass, Jesus Christ is a "round loaf" (= <o^g the king of Bas^an/Batanaia).

"Eusebius (4th cent AD) tells us ... , based on the writings of certain Greek historians, that Pilate soon afterward, "wearied with misfortunes," had killed himself." (Historia Ecclesiastica 2.7.1) (PI)

The version of this event is the New Testament is Judas Iscariot's suicide. (Matthew 27:3-8)

The 17 talents of Yhudi^ temple-money were plundered (JW 2:14:6) and the robbed were crucified (JW 2:14:9) (CW); and

Christ had overthrown the tables of the money-changers in the Yhudi^ temple; but for this reason he was afterwards crucified.

Roman citizens of equestrian ranks (knights) were crucified. (JW 2:308) (RAR)

But Paul was spared because he was a Roman citizen by birthright. (Acts of the Apostles 16:37-38)

It is abundantly evident that the Gospel is a re-writing (in novelistic fashion) of this episode from the Antiquities of the Jews: a novel forged in such a way as to conceal it S^amaritan basis.

Persian origins of S^amaritanism: pro-S^amaritan Persians

In the 5th century B.Ch.E., the Akhaimenian satrap Sanballat enabled construction, on Mt. Gerizi^m, of a temple by the S^amaritans. (H)

This would suggest that the temple at Suene in Aiguptos was also S^amaritan.

The S^amaritans disliked the Passover, [likening it to, and therefore] desecrating it with, the bones of the dead. (J-SF) [This may be a vestige of the Zaratustrian funerary custom of exposure of human corpses.]

Christ was persecuted during then Passover celebration [for celebrating it in an haeretical fashion]; and likened religion which he disapproved to "dead men's bones". (Matthew 23:27)

Yes^uwa< the son of H.ananyah pronounced the prophecy of the "4 Winds" in Ch.E. 62 (JW 6:301) (P&B) [This expression is very Zaratustrian, but quite un-Yhudi^.]

This name "Gospel of the Four Winds", alias "Book of the Four Quarters of the World", alias "Book of the Four Angles and Points of the World" (SM) is the name of the S^imonian (i.e., S^amaritan) Gospel.

"James, the brother of Jesus, the reputed Messiah" was stoned in Ch.E. 62. (AJ 20:200) (P&B)

Surely the Yes^uwa< of AJ 20 must be the same person as that of JW 6; and therefore a S^amaritan.

"four angels standing on the four corners

of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth" (Apocalypse of St. John 7:1)

This quotation would indicate that this Apocalypse is of S^amaritan provenience.

The same book is an advocate of invasion of the Roman Empire by the Parthian Empire. (Apocalypse 9:14)

So, this would be another instance pro-Persian S^amaritanism.

Arthurian S^amaritans

The Arthurian saga of the Quaest for the Holy Grail (by Lancelot, etc.) must surely be of S^amaritan origin, insofar as the S^amaritans engage themselves in that quaest.

The Qara>ites "had connections ... with the Dosithean sect of Samaritans." (D&OL) Among the Qara>ites, "the rules enforced are the same as those of the Samaritans and Falas^as, and as those prescribed in the Book of Jubilees" (K&K).

Arthur = the historical Artorius the Sarmatian, i.e. in Ukraine. (LE)

These Qara>ites were amongst the H^azar, i.e. in Ukraine.
